Japan has 12 holidaysholidays in a year. Europe more
Wait until you retire, then every weekend is a long weekend.
Or when you retire, every week will look LOOOONG week with no end.
Some guys are apparently spending thousands a month on SPs. Isn't that a bit much? I have news for you, there are private companies out ther that had Oct 2 and 9th off. Some even give you 4 day weekends for every long weekend.
That's why it's important to have hobbies'. One to stretch to your mind; one to stretch yourself physically; one to broaden your horizons' (travel); something socially with a community behind it (church, soup kitchen, club (Mason's, Kinsmen) etc...)
Yes, and the wife will say "twice the husband" and "half the money". LOL!

Okay this is weird what was reason for last week off?
Also just got an email - Sunday - saying my company is shut down on Tuesday due to computer issue. Now I know it is a lie. I have a feeling this a Federal Gov't idea since the CERB stole money from me. For me it was supposed to be EI / UI only but they switched to CERB and pay it back after the first check.
My company screwed me over with the help of the Gov't again when they could have told us this last week. So we could have gone away for the long weekend.
You know I am now considering just leaving this enslavement world. Who is controlling the Prime Minister / Presidents and what ever they call themselves.
