An update to the London scene. The UK is not issuing tourist visas to Russians who haven't had one before. This has diminished the pipeline of new Russian talent to London. So what the recruiters/managers have done is look towards Brazil, leading to an influx of Brazilian girls to the agency rosters. If Brazilians are your type, then you're in luck.
