well here it is, after many posts and receiving huge amounts of abuse for them, its time to give my impressions of the KW scene and recommendations for how to properly use this forum to help you hobby wisely and safely.
Many of these points I have made earlier in various threads but i am puting them here all together to we have a thread for those who wish to contribute, debate or even flame.
From my first impression, KW is much like other smaller areas in that the players a few, the advertising outlets are numbered and many clients don't know what to expect, have nothing to comapare to and in many cases, must settle for whats left. Even worse, the SP's/Agencies take the client for granted, have no incentive to improve their customer service and think that by changing or duplicating names, they can fool the client.
Fine, thats acceptable. And that makes it even more important to have a forum that gives us the info and "intelligence" we need to keep track of the many shady operators out there.

What do we get now?
This suggestion from hammertm:
..."I have now seen 4 girls in the past 2 weeks that will be forever on my repeat list and haven't seen a negative review on any of them. Instead of constanly gambling on the record ads and the street scene why don't you try one of them...."
Brilliant deduction...And just where does one look for all this talent hammertm, if not the Record?
everygirl you see since i have been around is at the top of his list. seems you are more than happy to repeat no matter the level and having experienced a couple of his "listees", have determined that your expectations are different to mine and it seems that most of your good experiences recently come from an agency with a previous poor rep (until your flurry of reviews...hmmmm)and are outcall based only. (i can oly do outcalls once in a while)
Then when questioned, you tell me not to bother with the Record (great, so again, where else do you look here brainsurgeon?) I don't go to strip clubs, don't go to MP's
so where else do you look for leads??
There are many more of you that do have good info to share.
Many of you want to hobby as safely as possible and that includes not puting yourself in "dodgy" situations with shady people in "hot" (LE) areas or locations. I myself prefer a descreet incall in an apt building. Never go to houses!
Here are some hints that will make this a more valuable forum:
- when a new ad appears in the record, but you i.d. it and confirm it, as being a new name, old girl scenerio, please post that info and any experiences you had as to why to avoid or partake. ( i noticed in my first few days this was common practice here)
-when a girl switches agencies, post that info
-when you were treated poorly. mislead, stood up, or put in danger by your experience, post it.
-if you visit a "Hot" location, such as a house on a residential street where the occupants aren't very descreet about hiding the high traffic in and out of their place. post it.
This information is much more productive, more helpful, less controversial and ultimately the info many of us need.
What you can do try to improve the level of service?
This is a tough one but you can make a difference little by little.
-When you receive a great service, call them back and tell them so, and tell them you will refer them appropriately. (if you feel its right to mention Terb, then that is at your descretion - I wouldn't, but sometimes I have said I will refer you to my network of computer guys) when others come to them and mention they were referred, it will start to register with them.
-When you receive a poor service, or were mislead, or plain ripped off, tell them the same. That you will never repeat, and you will refer...etc etc
-When calling, ask if they have a personal or agency Website. If they don't, then if you don't like what you hear, tell them very politely. Sorry, but I no longer see anyone new unless they have pictures and a Web presence. It can be used as an excuse not to book, but more importantly, if they start to receive many such requests a day, they will soon start to understand. (there is no excuse nowadays to not have something. No one is suggesting they show their faces, just a good accurate account of their body type, hair colour and in many cases, their clothing or shoes - a picture is worth a thousand words)
Anyone please ad to these suggestions
Finally, my point here as always been that YMMV and that each one of us has different motivations for the hobby.
So instead of a forum being bogged down by garbage, treat the info as a commodity, to be offered, received and traded and hopefully this forum will improve and benefit everyone.
