This would only happen in PeePee World where no one gets bail. In a Liberal run system, the guy gets out, keeps his job and doesn't lose his house, hires a lawyer and the mean wife is too scared to show up at trial.
That's why Liberal World is better than PeePee World.
Agreed this should be done carefully but it should be done in a reasonable time. PeePee is a life long politician and puts politics ahead of country too often.
We for sure need to keep criminals off the street and yes, probably time to invest in some more jails to house them.
Also we should look at deportation laws especially for people who came post 2020. There are some quick and not crazy ways to mitigate (not fix) the issue. Bigger changes will need criminal code update.
