That's because the budget will balance itself. Carney is following Trudeau's template.
Even worse. There will be no budget under Carney. I thought he was this Economic/Finance Guru?

Add in the fact he's brought in all the big names from Trudeau's failed Cabinet, this is shaping up to be one hell of a Gong Show.

If only he could be as financially responsible as a conservative, like say, trump.

WTF, I was willing to give him a chance but this along with naming some really shitty people to cabinet isn‘t giving me much hope.
the same clown show with a new circus ringmaster

after campaigning on the urgency to deal with Trump, the liberals / parliament will have sat for only 20 days n 2025 before taking a summer vacation
this is not how a functioning democratic government functions

here is the parliamentary calendar

budgets require a majority to pass in parliament
the liberals do not have a majority and thus far have not lured any NDP MPs to cross the aisle.
and at least one of the contested riding flips will go to a bi-election
they will try to stall the budget process until they can secure the majority

one very consistent theme is the priority of liberal party interests over the interests of Canadians

Funny, you have no problem when DoFo has the province sitting even less.

Well at least he's managed to get the tariffs removed and has stood up to Trump!
errrr...scratch that.

How about: he's managed to keep Squeezer latched onto his balls?

And yesterday, Stevie G, still the climate loon, outright lying and bullshiting to the media. This is what you asked for, fuck you to all the Liberal voters. Enjoy the ongoing rapid descent to banana republic.

OH YESSS, let me "squeeze" out a few more Skoob tears!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH

I hear Carney had to cancel the budget for now because some country was about to announce giving him a $500M jetliner to keep after he leaves politics.

We do not live in a democracy. It should be mandatory that a sitting government pass a budget annually.

And now another finance minister who has little to no financial background. This is pitiful.

You sound just like I thought a sucker would sound like after they realize they were suckered while sucking balls.
How's the sucking going btw? You know...that whole buyer's remorse thing. Good suction?

The majority of Liberal supporters that voted don't know what a budget is. They also don't know what deficits are.
They do know how to keep their elbows up though.
