And they do, just as the state has the right to pass laws, including those on the reproduction- as most civilized countries do.

As for the sexual assault aftermath, you're woefully uninformed.
No, I'm not. I deal with this stuff professionally all the time.

SIX WEEKS. The victim or any other woman has six weeks to terminate. BTW, look around Europe. Almost every country, if not all, put limits on abortions.
Ahh, the classic bullshit "it is actually more restricted in Europe" defense.
And you know very well Six Weeks is effectively banning all abortion, jcpro.
Don't play dumb.

Then why would you bring it up, knowing full well, that emergency contraception is not only universally available, but actually the offer to prescribe, following sexual assaul, is mandated in most jurisdictions? Is politics really that important to you to debate so dishonesty?

You're ignoring what I am actually writing, so you can keep on arguing in this thread.

Please give us a list of those civilized countries that have similar 6 week laws on abortion.
Should we start off with:
Iraq
Angola
Laos

There is of course no country in the EU with 6 week rules.

Oh, you were bullshitting.
Of course.

Then just stick with listing the 'civilized countries' that have laws you want the republican paradise to emulate.
Dude, I told you. Work on your comprehension, so you can follow topics.

Forgive me for thinking you were claiming lots of places had six week restrictions.

And go ahead, tell us what those limits are on abortions and how they are the same as those now in the republican paradise.

I'm sorry. I don't have the patience and you don't have the cognitive ability to handle the subject.

In other words, you're full of crap and can't back up your posts.
The abortion rules you back in republican paradise are unmatched except maybe in Angola.

This is not an abortion discussion nor is it about trans issues, not with you anyway. You think this is about politics because that's all you see. That's why you ask irrelevant questions, make ridiculous assumptions and can't comprehend simple concepts. My points are stated and pretty clearly; on abortion, that it should be legal to a point and on trans issues, that surgical or pharmacological gender treatments for minors are a crime.

Abortion up to a point, aka six weeks?
trans - goal posts move daily

These aren't issues you even care about, its just the subject d'jour for triggering the libs.
Which is why your terms change, what outrages you changes and why you are still here.

Where did I say I agree with the six weeks? And where did I indicate "moving goalposts daily?" I sure that I know more about the trans issues than pretty much all in here, including you. It's hardly a new subject to me, unlike you. Anyway, as I said, those are not issues you know much about nor are interested in them for the right reasons.

Oh look, the goal posts are moving again.

7 Years ago, author, art professor, feminist, and cultural commentator Camille Paglia spoke on the current transgender mania, the wisdom of early medical & surgical intervention (calling it "child abuse"), and how the explosion of gender identities is a recurring sign of cultural collapse throughout the history of civilization.
