I have no issue with some people being intersex or having the emotional and physical characteristics of the gender which does not correspond with their genitalia. Dylan Mulvaney is a very effeminate person who was born with a dick and I have no problem with him / her dressing as a woman and having that dick removed.

But a massive fucking chunk of a dude like Bruce Jenner who decides one day that he's a fucking lady?!?!?!?.... C'mon! The guy just likes dressing up in lady's clothes and the added fuss and attention is a bonus.

3a: Despite his being obviously mentally ill, he still gets an audience with the president of the United States... not as an advocate of mental illness but for his bullshittery.
4: He is being put forward as a spokeman for women.

Bruce by comparison is just leading his life for the most part.

Weigthlifting
Women's 64kg Gold Medalist: 236.0 (Canadian Maude Garon Charron)
Men's 51Kg Last Place finisher: 240

These are just two random sports I picked, so had the last place male weightlifter been allowed to compete as a woman, they would have a gold medal.

The only way for there to be fairness and equal competition is to allow a Transgender category along with Women's and Men's. The IOC would love it as they would have more events to monetize, lefties would love it as all athletes are allowed to compete, and righties would love it as there is isolationism between genders.

I would also add that very low place finishers aren't achieving that rank globally. If the major Olympic countries entrants all finished ahead of these low place male athletes, hundreds and likely thousands of male athletes with far better performances than the women's golf medalist could not qualify for a spot on their national Olympic teams.

For the Men's 100 meter freestyle swimming event, the qualifying time for NCAA Division I championships was 41.50. The time for the Division II (smaller schools) championships was 43.46.
