Wait until you buy a newer just released Blu Ray DVD like Ironman. You may find the same problem I had. Sure it plays Regular SD DVDs fine, but does it play Blu Ray just as well?Master Baiter said:
I know on that cyberlink update site it lists on some of the Blu Ray suite undate lists that the update is required to play some movies. I think Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skulls was listed there.
Update: I find it really interesting that after a week, the cyberlink website is up...and woop, it is totally different than it was last week.
Me thinks they decided to update their site and were having problems with it. There's still sections that don't load (least on my pcs).

I played Planet Earth Blu-Ray on it and it worked but haven't tried one of the newer discs with the uber-high-quality. I'll have to give that a try. I think the vid card on my work PC is shit (Nvidia 7800 series I think) so I have to disable one of my dual 24" displays in order to play Blu-ray.tboy said:
I was finally able to watch my Blu Ray Iron Man DVD and frankly, the jury is still out as to whether it was worth double what a normal DVD sells for. I have an upconverting DVD player and frankly, I didn't see that much difference on my 1080P plasma.....It was sharp, clear, but far from orgasmic....
