I'm not here to challenge @manzoftestz numbers but thought some demographic information could possibly shed some light on why this may in fact be correct:
- Montreal / Ottawa corridor: 5.7M people
- Including Montréal, Ottawa, Laval, Gatineau, and Cornwall
- Montréal = 1.78M (city population)
- Ottawa = 1.4M (city population)
I posit there are more French ladies in the Montreal area... and of course "other" ladies.
A differential in price between the two cities would seem appropriate as there would be less selection in Ottawa.
Is it worth a $40/hour spread (pun not intended) when one city offers more selection... and competition?

Not always a red flag. I have a very credible sp that I see at least 1 x a week and she has had to change her number due to the text app she uses blocked her old number. Apparently they flag any obvious solicitation. Sometimes shit just happens and they need to change a number
