He was getting everything he wanted from Trump so he didn't want to rock the boat. Trump was destroying nato, pitting Americans against each other, pissing on other democracies, parroting his talking points, inviting Russians to the oval office, having private meetings with no witnesses who knows what he was talking about...unprecedented in US history.
🤣 so putin would rather sacrifice Russian soldiers, and money (bombs cost money) over two years rather than just ask his so-called friend Trump (when he was in power) for a piece of Ukraine when Trump was in power?

I understand this is an escort review board but come on... lets do some critical thinking here lads.

I was always a leftie. Infact, I moved to Canada, because I am a leftie (among other things), and India wasn't leftist enough. And whether the CPC was in power or the Liberals I would have still been able to come in to the country,. Nothing to do with any of that. But all of this is irrelevant to the discussion.

Preventing war by kowtowing to dictators invading other nations, selling out your country and its institutions to please a foreign leader are the traits of a traitor. Which is what Trump is because that is what he did.
🤣 youre watching too much mainstream media. Our institutions have sold us out. Do you have any idea where all of our tax money is going overseas? Its like it goes into the abyss. It would be nice if there were transparency. Until then, i will always be country first. You might not get where i am coming from because you left your homeland and are sucking on the Canadian government titty like most immigrants.

You have no idea how intelligence officers operate. As napoleon says, never interrupt your enemy in the middle of a mistake. That's how they think. So putin sits back and lets Trump do his work. Keep in mind USA congress passed a big aid bill to Ukraine like 98-2 in the senate when trump was president. Thats veto-proof so trump had to sign it. Thus if putin moves the entire US government would move against him and Trump would be effectively neutered. Thus, sit back let Donnie do the hard yakka.
And you clearly forget Putin gambled the USA under Biden would act like USA under Obama w Crimea and he reckoned he'd be in Kyiv with little effort. He did not count on 2 years. He counted on 2 days.

Can't revise history mate.

Yeah nice try. The fact of the matter is that Trump is in court, being tried for fraud, rape and other charges. Going to jail is irrelevant as that depends on the crime. Regardless a crime is a crime, whether it be criminal or civil. At the end of the day, Trump is being charged and being tried for being a criminal. End of story.
Nice try???? It's not a try...it's how the justice system works.

And no...a crime is not a crime as you would like to believe. A charge is not a crime either. Being tried is not a crime or a verdict either.
Fortunately, your view of how the justice system works is wrong and it's actually not the end of the story.

But it proves that the Dems' campaign to simply keep Trump in court to persuade gullible people like you into believing he's a criminal has worked on you.

You try and pass yourself off as someone who is smart, but in actual fact, your are not. You have just proven that.
You must feel silly.

Didnt Napoleon die a weak, lonely man on some island somewhere?

You fail to realize that Ukraine has absolutely no chance of winning without NATO troops and the USA is blowing up the USA economy by printing money to fund this charade. And you know who has to pay for it down the road? Taxpayers.

Yes, nice try. Nice try in pretending Trump hasn't been taken to court because he is overwhelmingly guilty but because the "dems did it!". And yeah, Trump has already been convicted as a rapist and a fraudster - convictions he has appealed, but as it stands today he stands acknowledged guilty. This fundamentally has nothing to do with the dems. This is solely, Trump's doing. If he did not want to end up in court, he should have considered not raping women and defrauding people.

Its really f'ng hilarious that you put that comment in a rump thread.
Of course you totally say that's the case with rump and that therefore all the trials are legit, right?
What's hilarious here is watching you trip over your own hypocrisy after you post about a campus protest and it blows up in your face.
Haha classic FF face-plant!

I think this pretty much sums up your argument.
That whatever anyone says, its not a crime unless you personally declare its a crime, so therefore nothing rump or DoFo do could ever possibly be crimes.

Then you'll declare everyone a hypocrite and declare you won the debate again.

You back a rapist, buddy.
End of story.

Not quite.
And what does DoFo have to do with this? Is that your DoFo Tourettes Syndrome kicking in?
Criminal vs civil court verdicts imply different things. That's the law. You pick & choose when the law supports your narrative or not.

For example I can take you to civil court and sue you because I think you are causing harm to me for continually bombarding me with misinformation. Does that instantly make you a criminal? If you settle with me out of court does that make you a criminal? Will it go on your record if you lose the lawsuit?
No.

Now go build your tent! hahaha

If all you have left is your ignorance of facts and law then you have basically conceded that you have no argument.
No one is taken to court because they're guilty.

Go back to school and actually invest in learning how the real world works so you don't continue to make a fool of yourself.
That's my honest advice for you.

Except the courts pronounced Trump guilty. So again your jumping through hoops to defend the indefensible is hilarious. And when you dont have an argument you resort to claiming "victories" that you never had in the argument right from the get go, which was to blame the fucking democrats for Trump's rape and fraud crimes. Again nice try trying to pretend you know anything about the "law". Guess you know as much about it as Trump. My honest advice for you would be to not follow in Trump's footsteps, or else you may actually end up in trouble! 🐸

There are no "guilty" verdicts in civil court.

Tell us how little you know about the justice system without telling us how little you know about the justice system.

If you are asked to pay damages in civil court, it means you are guilty of violating the law. Amber Heard was guilty of defaming Johnny Depp, which is against the law, so she was found liable to pay damages.

Trump was found guilty of raping, defrauding and defaming people and so was found liable to pay damages. He was found to have non-consensually penetrated Caroll aka raped her, and then defamed her - both of which are violations of the law, which means he is guilty.

I know the justice system well enough to know that it unequivocally says that these are crimes and that a person accused and judged guilty for these crimes, is GUILTY of committing such crimes.

I also know that you shamelessly support a rapist and a fraud, and jump through hoops trying to defend the indefensible, while trying to act like you know anything about the justice system. 🐸
Right. Mr. Right ...remember my name...you'll be screaming it later.
You are Mr. Rightie alright. 🐸 😂

No one is found "guilty" in civil court. The burden of proof requirement is also much lower in civil court compared to criminal court. The verdict does not say "guilty" in civil court.

Ever wonder why these didn't go to criminal court? Ask yourself that. I'll wait.

Be honest...you think people are guilty of crimes just because you don't like them, regardless what the law says or what court verdicts mean. Just admit that and be a man bout it.

Yes, they are guilty. They are guilty of violating laws. Guilt in the legal sense does not refer to the human emotion of guilt and that emotion certainly does not apply to clueless psychopaths like Trump who cannot feel guilt.

Guilt in the legal sense means you are guilty of violating the law.

Was Trump guilty of defrauding people and defaming people and raping a woman? Yes, he is. Is that a violation of laws aka crimes? Yes, it is. The courts have pronounced it as such.

So, yes, I dont like Trump. I dont like him because he is a criminal who is guilty of the crimes he has been accused of and a psychopath to boot. What does it say about you that you support someone like that? Are you going to be man enough and admit to the morally corrupt position that you have taken?

If he was found guilty of a crime in criminal court he would be in jail and a convicted criminal.
if a civil court sides with a plaintiff that doesn't mean a crime was committed in the eyes of the law. It means the plaintiff convinced the court that their version of events was more reliable than the defendant and damages are owed. No need to convince a judge beyond a reasonable doubt as in criminal court. No criminal record etc.

So I'll ask you again...why didn't these cases go to criminal court?
