Disagree with me about what?? What the new rates will be? Harper is not a true Conservative (Mulroney,Diefenbaker), he is an Alliance/Reform Conservative and represents the religious right.

The Conservatives will definately make prostitution illegal. Wait and see over the next few months when the police are handed their new mandate to clean up all the incalls. Then they will start setting up American style stings for the SPs providing outcall services.

I'm constantly perplexed as to how Canadians think this is the same party of origin that helped shape Canada. The present day incarnation of it is a Reform/Alliance hybrid with its mandate in the archaic religious right.
It only exists due to collapse that left the Cons with two seats and the only option to survive under the name: Progressive Conservative.
The party that won a Majority yesterday was the Reform/Alliance. Hanging a different sign on the same store doesn't change what it sells.

It amazing how obtuse people can be when it means saving an extra couple of dollars at the end of the year - complete and utter selfishness!! Now, not only will they have to cough up those couple of saved dollars but many many more if they want to continue hobbying. They may also want to start a legal fund for themselves - it will now be illegal to be found in an incall and they, along with the provider they are visiting, will be charged criminally.
Guess all you Harper supporters didn't like the way it was eh?? Reasonable SP rates and relative safety at most incalls where the lady worked alone and didn't have a revolving door policy.

Where did I say a party platform should be based on prostitution? The new laws that will be enacted will be much broader reaching then that - it won't just be changes to our prostitution laws.

I've read and re read your question and can't understand what it is you're talking about. Is this something Harper said? LOL What is a small western province? I know of the prairie provinces. The western provinces are BC & Alberta - not very small. As for the east coast LOL I have friends in Nova Scotia and not much has changed there under Harper.
