Once in a while, I do some search on Gatineau LL. It's rare that I found a girl in the Gatineau side that is not posting also on the Ottawa side.
But it can happen. Those who don't advertise on Ottawa side, most likely are the one who have a French ad and don't want to translate or if they are deeper in the Gatineau territory (like Buckingham, the far north of Gatineau or in the Pontiac).
