way out in left field
I don't think its Quinn, a leaf (I forget who) during the intermission said that they were getting kind of complacent with the streak they had going. Now that they've gotten the wake up call (with everyone breathing down their neck) if they play only half the games with the intensity of that last period then look out, they're going for broke.......

well anyone who saw that game saw the Leafs dominate that 3rd and have a large marginal advantage in shots which implies they played well...they also were unfortunate in Boston the other night...they played crappily (new word) in Long Island and Florida and deservedly only got 1 point out of 4...they played a lot better the past 2 games and again only 1 point....but after the uber streak there is bound to be some sort of a letdown, and here it is but I hope its short lived!

I honestly think that this is what happened to my beloved Sens during November. They were a complacent squad. They figured that since everyone was saying they were the team to beat they let it go to their heads and the result was a crappy November. Thank god they are finally over that and playing well.

To win, generally you need to play well for the full 60 mins. If you have a couple of breakdowns the puck usually will end up in your net.

Toronto will have to get back to playing a full 60 mins if they are to regain the form they had.

I am a bit suprised that no one has also mentioned that the past few games that Belfour has't played very well. We in Ottawa had the same trouble with Lalime as he was winning some games for us last year and this year he has clearly cost the Sens some games.
