I'm talking about the new service.. it used to be called Bell Entertainment Service.. is it called fibe now? I'm not sure, I no longer use it..

Need a little help. I have a TV that says 1080i when I'm watching cable but 1080p when I'm watching my computer via HDMI. The picture is great when it says 1080i. How can I get 1080p or is this a limitation of the cable company?

Yes.. the TV displays what it's given from the feed (unless you force it into something lower)

@Alwayslooking: Add the fact that cable and satellite feeds use lossy compression to save bandwith and you may see a difference between sources. If you have a digital tuner, do a comparison between the cable/sat version of a channel and the over the air version. The difference is quite noticable (in favour of over the air).

Which type of set has the better programming on it? I'd rather get a cheap set if I'm going to see another episode of Wife Swap and shoot the screen with a .45 anyway...
