So Sheik, since we are only getting companionship from the SP's on TERB we have nothing to worry about. Is that what you're saying??

BTW Time for a new avatar

The other thing to keep in mind is that many of the bar or MP owners read TERB as well. If they read that so and so is doing such and such, then that lady might be without a job. Plus, especially at a SC, the other girls that read Terb will start to single out the discussed girls and harass them. Talk to some of the ladies on here - they could probably attest to that. They might not even be able to play in any Reindeer Games.

Sheik: I am a Dick because? Because I post explicit details about what girls do what? No, I don't do that. Because I advocate for doing so? No, I don't do that either. Because I suggest that you are afraid? Is that more offensive than calling someone a Dick?

One of the most pathetic things about this board is how the moderators and others are scared of the police using the board to catch them or punish them in some way. If people were discussing something that the police really care about, like underage girls, they might act on information from here.

But if you think that writing about strippers who give blowjobs results in them getting arrested, you are nuts. The only thing that cops do with that information is what the rest of us do, go and get blowjobs. Nobody has ever come up with any evidence of terb-type information being used in court in Ontario, that I know of. But people are still afraid, for no apparent reason.
C Dick, you are naive. Details here provide easy lead for LE. They keep it in their backpacket when they need to show for # of tickets/charges. They often pose as potential customer PM for details. Yes, some are customers.

I made the mistake of posting one thing in the fall that was irrelvant to most of us here but LE saw the opportunity and jumped on it, attempted to 'gain' from it. The detail was posted for one day and LE picked it up. Since then I have reread and re-edit everything that can get people into trouble.

I am not going to make anymore posts about the moderators being afraid of the police, as they (the moderators) find it offensive. To their credit, while they called me names, they did not threaten to ban me or anything, as they could have. When I look back on my initial post, it was probably a little harsh to use the word "pathetic". Particularly at Christmas time. Ho ho ho.

Suppose you are a rookie LE and have never gone to a SC or MP. Do you think you can just sit at your desk studying terb and get a pretty good idea of what's going on in SCs/MPs? Sure you can, granted there are a lot of made-up stories and some outright lies in here. Why are some of us so naive by thinking that whatever are posted here would have no effect on SC/MPs. Contrary to what some of us would believe, LE are not that stupid.

BTW courts have ruled that papers like NOW and EYE are not breaking the law by placing SP's ads. So there's not a fricking thing they can do about this site either
Maybe that is because SP (outcall) is 100% legal, so there is no issue. Also no solicitation issue since a newspaper or website is not a physical place only streets, public hotel lobbies etc.

But if you start posting about sex at a MP or strip club that is illegal under bawdy.

As I often preach.. if you want sex get it legally from a SP not at a MP or SC. I especially enjoy your full contact nude strip club legal status as confirmed by the Canadian Supreme Court. But don't but clubs at risk by going beyond the Supreme Court ruling.

Bylaws are different since not criminal but of course important not to lose a license. Different cities have very different views on enforcement. And bylaws can't be unreasonably restrictive of what is legal i.e. Brampton massage bylaw against nudity struck down.

I think its well known that LE reads board for leads about illegal activities. Some cities bylaw officers have been known to read the boards and hassle MP's.

Abbreviations are worthless, LE isn't dumb in fact many are very sharp and we want them to be. Other than our hope that they don't bother victimless morality crimes, we do want them to be smart and catch the real criminals that hurt people, steal etc. Giving pleasure should not be a crime, but it is under Current laws if other than outcall SP. But fortunately don't go after morality crimes very often unless other real crime involved.

You have it extremely good up there which is why I vist so often, vs down here, where morality cops spend huge amount of public money enforcement our far more strict morality laws where all sexwork is illegal. In Phoenix a first offence conviction has a mandatory 1-year jail term! Again you have it so good in Canada vs the U.S., but still the concerns about posting about what is clearly illegal (other than outcall) is a legitimate concern.

It getting cold here however, we had a freeze warning last two nights! Only getting to 50 F last two days! But will return to normal 60's shortly. Snow? What is that ?
