Lavilla is rushed

Last 2 times at Lavilla they were booking appointments to close and it felt rushed...
Today was the worst, so back to back with the guy coming out that they didn't have the room all cleaned, and I was ripped for almost 10 minutes of a half hour massage. And the next guy was pacing the waiting room!
Mileage was good but not with the time ripoff.
I'm laying off and saving my $$$ for a while.

I would have complained to the front desk. They should do something on at least the door charge if nothing else.

Never been myself but was wondering is it strictly massage or donations for extra available as well?

Happens sometimes. New front desk, gets confused, owner offers some sort efficiency incentive that goes bad…cooled my heels a few times but not often

Same here. Mind you I haven't been in a while but Lana and Sydney were both incredible and always gave me the allotted time.

This is why I like my towns place they clean up while your in the shower an getting dressed while making small talk before leaving

Never experienced this except for one time we went over and they slipped a note under the door cause I think someone must’ve been waiting
