Lasting Longer in Bed

Thought I'd reach out to my friends on terb in hopes of getting some advice regarding this issue.
I'm in my mid 30's and have had my fair share of partners. It seems like each time I meet a new girl, the first few times during sex I can barely last at all. This is even more so in certain positions (usually when the girl has control, like cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, etc). It applies to good oral (deepthroat) also. I'm literally 20 seconds in and have to stop because I'm about to finish. Needless to say, this results in our sex sessions being a game of 4-5 thrust and then stopping for 10 seconds, then doing it again and again. I imagine it being very frustrating for the girl... especially because she needs consistency to be able to climax. Since this is a "civi" (real life partner), we dont use condoms. Although, a condom does help a bit if used... but the sensation goes down and it's a double edged sword.

I've read into kegel exercises but I'm not reallt sure that'll help my problem. I'll still only be able to go hard for 10 seconds before having to stop myself.

Anyone had any suggestions?

Obviously, I don't know your whole situation, but I know when I was in my 30s, I could be ready for a second round within a fairly short period of time.
Usually, the second round lasts way longer than the first.
If that works for you, you have a way to kind of work around your problem. Just explain and have her get you off once quickly, then work on pleasing her for a while, then go for round two.

ssri's are extremely unhealthy and come with side effects, most commonly weight gain. i would recommend a desensitizing spray such as stud 100 or china brush. stud 100 can be found at most sex shops.

Hopefully with my face in a pussy
Most anti-depressants with SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) will have what is termed an 'ejaculatory delay response,' which can vary from drug to drug, or individual to individual. The specific chemical responsible is dapoxetine, and is marketed under the name Priligy, but it has not yet been cleared for sale in Canada. If you do take anti-depressants and then go off them, there is often a rebound effect, which can shorten endurance to less than it was before.

Here
Havent really ever looked into this. You take the SSRI prior to sex or every day?
Im on an antidepressant and Ive found they work great, if I had the stamina I could go for hours. Ask your doctor for some 50 mil. prozak it'll take a couple of days but you'll see a huge difference

Ya, caution with the SSRIs. From personal experience, you don’t want your 20 second cum threshold turned into an hour. While women say they like a guy with stamina, very few of them are into 45+ minutes of you pumping away, with no end in sight, after they’ve already got off a couple times. (Even more frustrating if it’s a paid encounter and you can’t finish!). As others have said, if you take them daily, getting off them can be an issue, and the delayed ejaculation can last for weeks after you stop. Sure, take SSRI if your doc recommends for depression, anxiety after you’ve discussed the options and potential side effects, benefit vs risk.
Best to take the old fashioned approach. Knock one or two out solo, earlier in the day to take the edge off, like Ben Stiller in “Something About Mary”. When with your partner, spend some time pleasuring her orally or with fingers to give her an orgasm or get her close before penetration, so you can send her over the top with your 5 thrusts and cum. Or, go for the quick 20sec SOG, and then recharge for round 2 where you will have more staying power.
A lot of these issues are mind over matter too. The more you worry about finishing too quick, the more of a problem it becomes. (This is also true of delayed ejaculation as well. If I feel rushed, it gets much harder to finish). Relax, set yourself up for success like I’ve suggested. And, worst case scenario, if you blow too quick, just say “sorry honey, you are just so hot and sexy that I’m 90% of the way there before I even touch you“. And help her cum another way. Lots of (most) women don’t orgasm from intercourse alone anyway.

Great explanation and suggestions.

Thanks for taking the time and doing it in an understandable way.

Just trying to get this straight. On one hand, you're saying that you can't last the first few times you have sex with a new partner. But then go on to say it's happening with your (real life) partner. How long have you been with this woman? How many times have you had sex with her?

A couple things you could try. Jerk off an hour before you have sex. If you drink alcohol, have a couple drinks before you have sex. That can delay orgasm.

More tips here...

Jerk off and let a good load go before having sex will help with your initial sensitivity and you will last much longer

Hyru you are perfectly fine. Do not take any shit regarding this "problem". It's not a problem. Much better to come quickly than the opposite.

Communication is key. I would always tell my new partners that I would come very quickly. Not to worry about it. Make it as a compliment for her to make you sog so fast. But do tell her that you will recuperate quickly and then the fun begins. I would also tell them that having sex often would help (which it does). That was a very good excuse to fuck them at will a few times per day haha

I would love to go back to those days... now at 50 I still usually come in the first 20 minutes but after that I can go at it for 2h without coming. Only a few magic very naughty girl succeeded at making me come twice under 2 hours in the last 10 years... Would love to still have your "problem".

Cheers,
