I think it is just a thread where the many independents tweet to advertise themselves. Most have websites. Nothing wrong with Vegas independents, but you book directly with the independent. Most of the best reviewed ones are more expensive than the 100 proof ladies.

Saw Kayden Love the last trip a few months ago, and she is my go-to girl in Vegas.
