I personally wouldn't bring kids to Las Vegas given that there are so many other kid-friendly destinations. But if you are, look at Circus Circus (a little out of the way), Excalibur and maybe the MGM. There's stuff for them to do but often a lot of distance between those things. You'll also have to explain all of the prostitution related things like advertising trucks, "newspaper" boxes, guys handing out advertising for escort agencies etc. Ironic how much advertising there is for something that's actually illegal there.

There can also be a huge amount of walking.

Just my opinion. But plenty of parents seem to bring kids there so they won't look out of place.

They also can't hang around the casino with you even if they don't play. In cases where they have to go through the casino to say get to the room, they can't "loiter" and have to be "en route".

Lots to do there with kids - we went. Stay away from the whole brothel scene. Way over priced. Not that you would bring your kids there :rofl:

This is exactly what has wrecked Vegas for the fun loving sinner. Kids belong in Disney World. Why would you bring them to the city that was built specifically for all the sins we would prefer not to display in public. If you want to go to Vegas then go but don't ruin it for the rest of us by forcing us to endure the rug rats.

Assume you are not going in the near term because it's scorching hot like 42 degrees right now although they say it's a dry heat.

I would not bring kids either..the fun stuff is for adults in vegas: clubs..booze..women..gambling..and pricey shows

There are things for kids but nothing enjoyable for them or you...

In short..dont bother..its a waste of a trip if you bring the kids there

There right Vegas is not for kids , great for adults

MGM will entertain the kids..they have a great pool area..with a lazy river for kids.

Lots of kid friendly restaurants all over..

and they will love Freemont St!!!
