Yes a lot of people do not know how breast size is actually measured. The smaller the band, the bigger the cup. If the band size goes up, in regards to the exact same breasts, then the cup size goes down. Cup size has been made the definitive size for breasts in the public's eye. It is only a part of gauging the size.

I had the same experience but on two occasions, she must have a lot of bad days. If you text her and ask any question besides "can I come see you?" you will be sure to get attitude from her. She just doesn't seem like a person that would be fun to spend time with. She used to be called fine wine diva or something like that on the rosie board.
