Could be, years ago in KW there was a SP (now retired ) who had man made, but would lactate on occasion if she was really aroused. It was fantastic. She was embarrassed 1st time it happened with me, but explained it happens from time to time . She hadn't breast fed in many years, but would lactate on occasion.
