It's great to hear that KW Playmates are coming back to Ottawa. They had some great reviews on this board, Jakobee in particular and I read one on the Toronto section today regarding Maddison.

But as the Lurk said...alot of action on threads get alot of attention from readers....it also lets the ladies show some personality in their postings......I mean it is boring to read they are just comming to town...blah...blah...blah..
But if we can interact with them it gives us all some fun.

SPs should IMO try and post in their own threads then, and let their personalities come through there.
When they jump into other SP's threads more than is warranted they're interfering with the SP who started the thread's ability to announce changes in schedule, availability and communicating with the SP's clients and potential clients.
There's more than enough business in Ottawa. But let's keep the playing field level.

ric, you are taking it way too serious again when it comes to your favourites .... posting things on the board transparently is in fact a level playing field. All the ladies are grown up and are not the first day in the business so I am sure they know how to deal with it and don't need anyone's intervention. If they don't like it, they will say something for sure. All the cross postings have definintely made the Ottawa section less borning lately!

I must agree with ric about the cross posting. When I see a thread about an SP I want to read about that SP. A few cross posts are ok but I would prefer if Stacey posted in her thread. I love that some of personality comes thru but I would rather read that in her thread.

It's just common sense and courtesy. Think about it, an SP who's thread is being hijacked isn't going to complain on the board, and probably not even in PM, because she wants to maintain a sense of fair play and of being a person who is easy to get along with, which is an important part of doing well in this business. Clients might decide to shy away from SPs who start fire-fights on the board or have differences with other SPs. They shouldn't have to stoop that low. It's a question of degree I think: nothing wrong with a few posts in another SP's thread but when it goes on repetitively as it has in the last few days (with "apologies" to "the competition") it becomes annoying, is unfair and as Mr. Clean pointed out, makes the board hard to search.

I don't think I am being subjective here. I thought Stacey posted 3 posts on a 6 page long thread on selina and it was not even started by her. It's like when someone posted something about you in another thread, do you not respond (most of the time)???. To be fair, Stacey appeared with the KW girls last time so it was a very fair question to many that whether she will show up and do duos with the KW girls again this time. I think I would rather see that question answered right away as opposed to us starting to apply rules on who and what should post where.

ric, I don`t want to continue with an endless debate with you that no one is going to win so this will be it for me. I did not get the sense of Stacey was saying or implying "try me instead, I`m going to do so and so" at all in any of her posts. It was more about her humour and a good laugh if anything I got out of it. As Stacey pointed out, Selina started posting a question on her thread about getting together first. It also makes sense to me to answer questions in the same thread where the questions were asked and not worried about who started the thread first.
You are right. There`s lots of room for everyone on the board so please don`t start telling people who and where to post and not to post. If it is anyone`s job, that will be the mods. At least I would like to see the Ottawa board to continue to evolve into more actions and humours so at least we will be able to get some fun and laughs out of it at the end of a hard working day.
