I've been following her twitter feed. She's got some interesting ideas for her independent thing, lots of options and actual paperwork that members have to read and sign. She's going to take a Polaroid shot of your ID though, which is novel but just has different security issues (what if the landlord or a friend finds them, are they scanned into a virtual database, etc). Physical evidence like that could come back to haunt you years later. Too bad, she seems like a sweetheart as well as being super hot.
