Last night after watching T3 at the Oakville AMC went to the Tim Horton's on Dundas/Winston Churchill. This parking lot is full of kids with souped (sp?) up cars.

I justed wanted to see what others feel about these people. Personally, me and my friends laugh at them indicating that they live in their parents basement, work at McDonalds, and spend all their money on their car. To us they're actually a bunch of losers.

The worst ones are those that seem to modify a BMW by lowering it. Now, I can't believe these guys think they're better engineers than BMW who decided the original wheel clearance for a reason.

T3: the first 2/3 is great, the ending I didn't like, so that it is only an average movie. The chick is sexy though.

Well, I'm not a fan of the super-trick so-called rice burners, My own Integra has only the base engine but the suspension is lowered a bit and tweaked and I run on very good rubber. It's a real sleeper.

To try to run a 'vette is silly. Putting someone off the road is dangerous and stupid and doesn't deserve more comment. But I would love to have you try to follow me around some twisty roads. Note the word 'try.'

The problem with most high performance vehicles is a defect between the steering wheel and the seat.

What in the world are these little shits thinkin? Spending thousands of dollars on body kits and oversized spoilers on their trunks with oversized mufflers which all it does is make fuckin noise.

First of all.........in my opinion it looks like shit. Adding these thing to your car is not gonna make you look cooler or make your car go faster by puttin on rims which cost more than the car itself.

Sure there is the odd enthusiast who supe up the engine as well by adding nitros oxide to make their cars keep up with the likes of me and my vette but even still the majority of them don't have an allowance from their parents large enought to pay for this kind of engine work.

The majority of them keep the same factory engine and just do up the body by adding ridiculous spolers, lowering the suspension, adding expensive love profile rims, adding a stoopid sounding muffler, and a loud ass car audio system to boot. And this is gonna make them look cool?

Every time i'm at a stop sign in my vette some punk ass wants to race me in his stoopid looking done up honda. I just look over at him and say "get a real car kid then we'll talk about racing.........in the meantime i tell them "by the way, your rear ground effect body moulding is coming off". Next thing you know he's pulled off to the side of the road to check it.

Some spend upwards up to $30,000 or more doing up their $7000.00 Hondas, and other 4cyl engine vehicles. I'm thinkin to myself.........for that kind of money they should just buy a used BMW whch already has everything.......looks, speed, style, and prestige.

I guess kids will learn eventually.

I'm sure if you said you frequent escorts/mp/or even SC to another group of people, you'd get called a 1oser....I dont think its fair to laugh at one group of people becuase they want to do something different.

You may see some posers at the local Coffee shop, but this scene is larger than you may think in GTA alone.

I dont work at McD's, nor do I live in a basement of my parents place. And for my age, you'd be surprised with what I have acheieved. I do drive a "kitted" car which I paid for and enjoy to work on. Will it out run a vette? no. It cant even compare to my s500, but that does not matter. Its a love of doing something creative and being admired for it.

I'm not that "1oser" that is going to argue about his ride being the fastest. But it sucks to hear that one group is a '1oser' for going out and doing something when you are part of another group that could easily be labelled the same, if not worse...I'm in both groups, so I'd be a super 1oser I guess.

the vette is one of the best cars in the twisties, alot better than some front wheel drive integra clunker... i was racing a friend of mine in his prelude, which is similar, the other day in the twisties near port perry and i whipped him real bad and that was with one arm, which is pretty tricky to drive with fast on winding roads in a 6-speed... its not worth discussing, cause even a retard in a Z06 will take a professional driver in an integra

Driving with one hand. VERY smart! All amateurs think their car can outdo a professional driver. The also-ran list at most race circuits are full of them.

as for running punk kids off the road, yes its dangerous and probably stupid, but it had to be done for the good of mankind, these punks need to be put in their place

I do hope the innocent family that might have gotten caught up in your 'game' understands the necessity.

These groups existed since cars were invented. Just the faces change. I did the same with my 60's muscle car. Rear end elevated, mag wheels etc. I grew out of it just as most of these kids will. Now I prefer my SP to have her rear end elevated.

What irks me is everyone putting down someone else's choice in vehicles, does it matter that someone prefers a toyota over a chevy? Everyone has their personal preferences, if I wanted to paint my car pink and put big tires on it does it make me a L o s e r? Why because I prefer my car to look differently then yours?

We need more acceptance in our society, acceptance of people's desire and freedom to be different, to think different and to act differently. Just because someone is different doesn't make them an i d i o t, just because they don't like the things you do doesn't make them less of a person nor should it make you feel like you need to insult them, let alone run them off the road.

A big airplane spoiler on the back of a 4 cyl. car serves no purpose nor does a loud ass muffler on 4 cyl. car.......or lowering you suspension so you're 2 inches off the ground and most likely to scrape the bottom of your car when going over a curb or a bump...................yes i do find these guys to be loserrs.

Having 1.5 Gig processors serves most people no purpose either, its an option though, and people want it so they get it. Is everyone that owns a computer with over 1 gig processor that really doesn't need it a l o s e r?

I find anyone who comes down on other's for their personal decisions to be losers.

In my experience, most of the kids with their suped up cars drive like dinks as well, cutting in and out of traffic, shit like that. Just reckless.

IMO, if they have a suped up car and drive decent, more power to them. Likewise, if you have a stock Grand Marquis and drive like a moron, you're an asshat.
