I believe they have to Buzz you in now, so it’s likely easier to just call once your in parking lot so they know your there and are ready to buzz you in.Now i haven't been around for about a month or so but anyone know why we either have to knock or call in order to be let in ...Use to be able to just walk right in cause i typically like being inside 5 mins early

Apparently there’s some people that seem to think it’s social time in there. They just come in to hang out and not pay for any sessions with the ladies. I guess when they’re in there it will look like it’s busy so a lot of paying customers won’t come in because of that. Price up is online that I have seen. Girls you'll occasionally see in plain clothes it's comfort seen it many of times or a oversized hoodie.I've visited off and on since they opened, several times recently, and then last weekend I called to check availability, was hung up on the 1st time accidentally..I think she dropped the phone.
Then booked a time and was surprised to see one of the girls in plain clothes staffing the desk when I went in.
She had some spiel about the room and service prices going up "but it wasn't yet on the website" apologized for the confusion and said she had to collect it all at the desk unloke usual so the girls in the room "don't get ripped off or a hard time".
I took her at face value and paid the upsell. Same good service with Jamie and tipped her in the room.
But I see the price still hasn't gone up on the website so I'm thinking now perhaps I was scammed!!??
Could have been just a delay on the site. If you go on now there is a notice an email you can send about this situation an Jamie would get back to yah considering she's the ownerYeah, she was assigned to the desk but not one that I normally saw there....and I think I was ripped off. I wasn't charged the rates from their page and in the week that's passed the page wasn't updated.

Has anyone else been getting weird vibes from the spa lately? I have been a consistent regular since the opening, and just came back from a bit of a hiatus (only a couple months) to things just seeming 'off'. The experiences I've had with a couple different attendants since returning doesn't resemble what I had grown accustomed too previously. Hell, just the a couple weeks ago I had my first upsale experience (mid session by the way). It wasn't anything rule breaking, (the owner sets clear rules and boundaries) but rather for something that traditionally has been included in sessions. That was the straw that broke the camels back about me even making the post in the first place. So am starting to lose it, or is anyone else experiencing similar undertones?

I was on desk last night and caught it in real time. The client booked 40 minutes. I heard the shower go on after 8 minutes so I made a point to wait and see. It was a new client unfortunately but he immediately started walking toward the ATM. I told him to put his card away. He did say he had a great time but clearly he doesn't know any better. When I asked her why she motioned to her breasts I'm sorry... are you serious? So you were not only ripping him off by 32 minutes but also trying to gouge him for more for something which is pretty much the definition of a bodyslide? The attendant has now been let go. I hold a firm stance on my attendants being paid accordingly for their service but taking advantage of clients and being stingy is not appealing. You are also now the 4th instance of a client being charged more but staying within limits which I'm not sure is better or worse. I returned his money and she's no longer on staff. If an attendant will do this in front of me then she is absolutely doing it when I'm not there. I don't need new clients or loyal clientele getting ripped off. It's also extremely unfair to the rest of the staff and I'm shocked he'd even pay.No, what was the upsell?

Please, please if anything like this happens let me know. Consistent standard of service is important to me... I also don't understand being that level of greed. It's unfortunate because she was making a great income but I don't like feeling like I have to watch people and I want to trust my staff whether I'm there or not.
