Thank you for reviewing both the positive and the negative. Tiana is absolutely lovely.
I apologize your session was a bit short and this was something I was concerned about. I wish you had mentioned something when we spoke as you were leaving and I could've added a voucher or note to the Loyalty Card I was telling you about.
I will make sure Tiana is aware and to watch her timing. Providing the full session time is very important to me with everything else we need to compete with. Hopefully you will give us another shot. I wouldn't typically put a new client with a brand new attendant but you requested her specifically.

I will be having a training day for her next week. If you send me a PM and would like to come back I'll put you first on the list. Our training days are when we have new attendant have a duo with one of our veterans to show them the ropes and the clients pays for a regular session. You should try it

I think (know)the staff and management take the operation of the spa very seriously and do run a high class operation and it sickens me when I read some negative comments,sometimes the client has to think for himself and let management know directly no matter what the business is instead of moaning on here

Proving there are some great spots to visit where mngt cares about the whole operation, not just unlocking the door & collecting the $$$
Time to return to Kingsway as the seasons change.
If you need more volunteers for training.... I can clear my schedule.
