I pay weedman an initial $345 package and subsequent seasons $175 to maintain it...so far my lawn is getting better... they come once a month for the next 6 months...IMO the more clients they have in the area the better...
Weedman is useless against creeping charlie and other types of weeds. Tried them last season. Nothing. You are basically paying them to apply fertilizer.
Same with Dr Green and Trugreen. Nothing.

Because the government banned inorganic weed killer for good reason, the organic weed killer used by all these companies is ineffective. I have tried them all.

So I dig them out of a large area and lay new sod. Thats my solution. And it works

Not if won't. It's a concente and if diluted properly, it'll only kill weeds, but not your grass. I used it multiple times for my lawn and it never killed grass. And what golf course would use a weed killer that kills grass? Just think about it for a moment.
I've got proof in my backyard that it will kill grass

Weed whack them down them use the torch on them. It is easier to burn them when they are stumps. After heavy rain the weed plump up with water. the torch boils the water in the plant and kills them even faster.

Also use vinegar and the sprayer, however, to every 4 litres of vinegar I add, 1/2 cup of salt and 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap.

Note the higher the concentration of the vinegar, the better it appears to work. example 10% better than 5.
I do this but add 2 cups of salt. Been doing this for years and one of the best weed killers ever. Mind you, it will also kill grass so you have to be careful when spraying. Takes about 2 - 4 days to kill the weeds when applied on non-raining days.

I haven't tried but I was searching for an organic type weed killer.

Vinegar if you get it strong. Sea salt, Epson salt, Bleach, and wolf piss didn't work.

I read on the internet Eucalyptus oil mixed with alcohol. I would go 50/50.

Now I been told and saw with my own eyes in farms in South America Eucalyptus tree nothing grows around it. For about 3 meters.

SO that been said I would go 25/75 first to see if I can stand the smell. IF no result then I go 50/50.
Supposedly it burn any green. Including grass, so be careful.

Get the Eucalyptus oil from Shoppers Drug mart.

Regular Round Up works fine (make sure yu get the one that kills everything not the one that's selective).
I find the trick is to do it early in the morning, when the day is forcast to be hot and sunny. Make sure not cloudy or rain in the picture.
Do it this way, chemical kills the weed as the sun bakes it dry. By evening they've all shriveled up brown and dead.

I have creeping charlie in my back yard and its bullet proof. I've tried products that golf courses use and no results.
Yah, I hear. I am in the same boat.

I take the nuclear option. Do this in the fall when their root balls are biggest

Hoe off topsoil. Flip to allow soil to dry.
Shake the root mass with soil through 1/4" welded wire screen attached to a screen like I have to sit over my wheel barrow.
Entrapped soil is mostly freed from the varied roots.
I do this in an area at a time, say 4' squared

Rake out any of their damn root balls that extend below topsoil.
Redistribute the top soil in the wheelbarrow and rake level.
Cover with staked black plastic.

Next June pull up the plastic and pull up any root sections that have sprouted.
While this is going on mow balance of infected lawn regularly so that none of the little purple flowers that might otherwise look nice can form and flower.

In the fall, pull the4 plastic, hunt any charlie roots still hanging on and put down sod in about 3x3 section, leaving a foot bare buffer in the direction your eradication is going.

Slow going, but it works.
I am now up to about a third of the lawn clear after 3 years of this nonsense.
