Clearly both Political and the NYT are left biased, and on the opinion side, NYT is far left. Are you trying to dispute that, and what do you mean Canadian bias, this was US news anyways. So this is your attempt to say that Politico and NYT are not left biased. I showed you a chart that says they are, you are trying to say Canadians are different so they aren't left biased, but all that says is more Canadians are left biased themselves. Show me a media bias chart that has NYT and Politico in the Center or Right, until then, the only analysis shows them left biased.

I am having that discussion, including providing an independent media bias analysis, which he says it needs to be Canadianized to be more reasonable. I have come to the conclusion that Franky doesn't really believe anything he says, but trys his best to defend his position. The further he goes, the more desparate and foolish he has become. But yes, he is off the chart left, but doesn't accept that. He actually thinks he is normal.

CBC on that chart would be left but in Canada its centre or centre right now.

Time for you to move on, your arguments make no sense, you're failing. Bias is bias, I showed you that both the NYT and Politico are left based on independent review/analysis. You show me a chart where they aren't. And btw, CBC is left... period. They shill for the Liberals.

Yes, and it also lays out why you have to be cautious with the tool due to the nature of the methodology it uses.
Those categories aren't absolute, they are subjective to the mood and experience of the group used to assess them.

In a way, it is what Frank is trying to say in a hamfisted way - that spectrum doesn't map onto another cultural context.

And, as they point out, it says nothing about the quality of the work.

So pointing to it as a "Look! Biased! I get to ignore!' is a bad use of the tool, as the people who built the tool will tell you.
