Ymmv seems like a weak excuse most of the time.

I doubt it's hygiene regarding the poor service since many people seem to just say she talks a lot and walks in and out. I dont even think its milage either since you had to endure the talking as well.

If she changed her name and it really was because she read the bad reviews, I'd put my bets she probably decided to do more of an effort to improve services.... or all the guys here, but you don't shower.
