There's an interesting article on The Toronto Star website, describing how those who sign up for Kazaa are also covertly made part of the Brilliant Digital Entertainment network. It's a scheme in which your excess computing power and bandwidth would be utilized by BDE for the use of other companies. This is a paranoid's wet dream come true!
