Only agency I would recommend is ABC escorts. You can find them in the yellow pages or search in the forum. Avoid Angelina's. I think they changed their name, but it'll read "cheapest rates, 1/2 hour available." Trust me, you don't want anything to do with them. Beth's was horrid. Another agency called Almost Angels has a web site, but most of the SP's they show look, well, fat. Two catch my eye, but I don't want to call them and be disappointed because the photographer made them look slimmer than they truly are.
