I will say that Kathy has gotten excellent reviews and is known to provide a PSE, so it's not the quality - it's the price, especially for someone who isn't a legitimate pornstar.
Pornstar rates are usually over a grand, sometimes several grand for a bigger name pornstar. The really big names and Playboy centerfolds can even get in the tens of thousands. If that surprises you, then don't bother considering a PSE b/c those are the going rates. If you think you're going to pay hundreds for anyone but a tier B (or C) pornstar, then think again.
It should also be noted that pornstar rates vary depending on the market (city) in question. Rates in New York are far higher than anywhere else in the USA. Vegas is high too. If you get the girl in her home town you can usually get a much lower price. And if you can arrange a meeting independently (not through an agency), the price will also be lower.
