IF the tapes had been found
before her plea agreement had been accepted we wouldn't be having this conversation. They weren't and a plea bargin was made. However, ask your self
what if the tapes had never been found - wasn't the Crown right to make sure that Bernardo was convicted. Likewise, I'm sure all the Police agencies involved were trying their best to find all the evidence they could. I'm sure everyone involved in searching that house has said to themself
many times "if only we'd torn down that wall."
