I have a feeling some dochebag is messin around with my e-mail account.It's not that I think that i'm that important however It seems as though my passwords get changed without me doing it and my website is getting removed from my sig pic

I would suggest changing your email password to something new, and your TERB password to something new that isn't the same as your email password. Often people use the same password for everything and that makes it much easier for people to break into their accounts.
And to be on the safe side, use this site or another like it to check your passwords:

It's probably perfectly legit but always get a nagging suspicion that sites like that are just collecting passwords somehow.
I suppose I could just go and read through the page source but it's easier to just be paranoid sometimes
.Go with 12 characters. I have in the past used a childhood pets name with certain upper and lower case letters followed by a sequence of numbers I would remember.
Never use a birthday. But say an old phone number(last 4 digits) that you can't forget.
And change it one a year.
