Well, if she was that *smart* as some of you thought about her, she would not have come back to Canada and would not have blown away all the cash she fleeced from Doug.

It's clear what she did was legally and morally wrong and I am glad she will have to face the music for it. I am just saying she could have chosen a different path and the outcome would be different. Hindsight is 20/20.

She thought after several years abroad that all would've been forgiven or forgotten. Problem is that the justice system can hold a grudge much longer than most people will stay alive. Still she's being rewarded in a way as she'll get to spend her time in a Canadian jail, rather than a Jamaican jail.

I find myself struggling with this story.
My blood boils at the absolute inability of the accused to admit her culpabillity in this activity. Four year ain't enough!
Doug bears responsibility in this too. Tears my heart apart to hear about this.
