Nor did I say for certain he's been out. But you can bet that HE HAS in the eight months since he's been eligible. Especially given that he's considered a "model prisoner".
And no mr knowitall, just because some KC locals may have seen him doesn't mean they're going to blab to the media. Wouldn't matter anyway, they are not compelled to make temporary absences public. It's an internal private decision made at his place of incarceration. It doesn't go before an official "board" like a parole hearing. TA's are granted for specific reasons; medical appts, sick family member etc.

She then needed assistance to exit vehicle, asked witnesses not to call cops, then ENTERED the LCBO and attempted to PURCHASE more alcohol
And she gets off with a $1,100 fine???
A conviction for 3rd offence texting is more severe than this
She got off cause her name is FORD and everyone knows it
