Couple of things: First, the judge's belief that Trump "likely" did something does not mean he will be convicted, where there is a significantly higher burden.

The other interesting thing that came out yesterday is that Trump's call logs (telling the time of a call and who he spoke with) were not recorded for like 7 hours during the height of the insurrection (from like 11am to 7 pm). So, we don't know who he called, if he was egging people on for more violence, or (doubtfully) trying to calm things down....

I don't know why people love to downplay Trump's corruption, he was caught on phone bribing Ukraine with Congressional/military aid.
