Judge in Daniel Penny case dismisses manslaughter charge

Congrats to Daniel Penny.

There are very few heroes these days and he's one of them.

It's astonishing that a jury was unable to come to a verdict. Kudos to the judge for giving justice to Mr. Penny. Society needs more people like him.

When your family member is threatened with death by a psycho on public transit, you'll hope there is a Daniel Penny on board to protect them.

Don't make good men think twice about doing the right thing - protecting people when nobody else will.
