Unfortunately, Tanya Chutkan delivered for the Biden regime yet again, while pretending she's meeting both sides halfway. March next year is a PREPOSTEROUS date to set for trial. The DOJ and the Obama judge want to get Trump tried and convicted as soon as possible in the most politically lopsided jurisdiction in the country. The goal is to damage Trump with the electorate, add fuel to the media frenzy, and give a big push for the absurd 14th amendment movement funded by dark money. The DOJ has gone from strongly admonishing prosecutors not to interfere with elections, to doing everything possible to sabotage the Trump campaign and the presidential election.

"Judge Chutkan set a March 4, 2024 trial date. I'd be quite surprised if the trial occurs then. Trump is asserting the defense of presidential immunity. Let's assume that Judge Chutkan rules against him. That ruling is immediately appealable; that is, if he has immunity, he cannot be tried. The appeal will take time to wind its way through the D.C. Circuit. Let's assume that Trump loses there. He undoubtedly will seek Supreme Court review. This too will take time, especially if the Supreme Court grants review." I know the Supes can grant expedited review, as they did in Bush v. Gore. But would they grant expedited review to a COURT? Not sure. Have asked Zen Master. They would grant expedited review to Trump, a defendant, but in this case he might (or might not) request it

Let's pretend any of you have a vote in the US presidential election. Wouldn't you want to know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, whether the guy you might vote lead a coup against the government BEFORE you voted for him?
Yes, but Trump is entitled to a fair trial. How can Trump's legal team, review over 15 million pages of legal documents, in only 7 months??

Employ more associates. Its not like he doesn't have the money to do so. This is a logistical issue his legal team has to solve and is not an issue of a fair trial. What does that even mean?

What a surprise. Judge Chutkan, is another Obama judge appointee----LMAO Therefore, another biased dem judge!!

It does not matter who appointed the judge. The jury is going to decide whether or not based on the facts presented, Trump is guilty.

My friend was entitled to a fair trial in traffic court for careless driving. The JP was biased and believed the cop. Should he have demanded a different JP?

I am very much on the right politically. But that never means that I could support an absolute sleazeball from the very depths of the swamp like Trump. He is a traitor and a thug and belongs in jail ASAP. The USA is burning from within and needs to be saved from totally ruining themselves even further by having Trump available for election at the time of the next election. The USA has enough stupid people that they just might re-elect him again.
