Wife accused him of hitting her, then didn't co-operate with police (in, I think, Honolulu).
By mutual agreement he didn't train with the Rockies this spring. Not sure where this leaves him now. Given his diminishing range and inconsistencies with the bat, not sure if Colorado would just be better off starting somebody else anyway...and hoping that one or more of the prospect they got from the Jays turns into an All-Star.
Meanwhile...Tulo hits a home run for the Jays in the season opener.
