Government’s do change. So do laws.
In the other threads the differences between Ethics and Morals were touched on.

Laws are changed, or determined might be the better word. By societies morals. This should scare us. Sadly, I doubt it will.

The issue ( for me anyways) is that it’s not hate speech, no matter how distasteful anyone finds some of the things he thinks/says. Who knows, the way the world is becoming bobbleheads, that need safe rooms who one day will be CEOs, Cabinet ministers, . Saying buzz off…….

Why should any…..thing…..be it a company, be it a panel of a few, have so much say, in what we say outside of our work, on social media . Free thought, free expression.

Who got to play god? Choose the people that wrote the Code, that they can dictate what is allowable to think/say……choose who sits on the panel, of a few.

But it’s not defined that way in their own code. Which explicitly states. They have domain, when conducting business…actively engaged in servicing a client….

simple solutions.
1) waste a few hours of his life

2) Change their code of conduct, so that going forward….
