We clearly disagree about that, but I am a big believer in going to the original sources as much as possible, since the news so often wants to spin things to a specific narrative.
Say what you want about Liberty, but they have put the correspondence up, which means you can read it for yourself and get some hints as to what was asked of people and why.
That said, it seems to just be some emails and letters from the school to Alexander and his family and lawyer, so we don't know what we aren't seeing here and there are certainly gaps.
I don't have to assume that.You have to assume that Josh's lawyer, James Kitchen, knows what he's doing.
I have no reason to assume he is some kind of wild-eyed hack with no actual credentials though, no.
At least his letters seem formal and argued in a coherent fashion.
