Budget time......This Boodog at his finest. Tory didn't bring it up again. At all. It's a reprint of a Copy and Paste from early last year.
He is so desperate for something to tarnish Tory this is all he has at this point. Cripes Tory will be there for 4 years and make desicions and support projects that may be wrong and or unpopular. Too bad Boodog is so Ford obsessed he can't wait that long.

What he stated was that IF it came up again and Someone made it a council vote(if it made it that far) he would vote his consence on it.
But it has nothing to do with the immediate budget wrangling but goes through the grants dept.
It may never come up. Or it may well come up big. Either way it will be dealt with then.
Maybe you should head down to city council and sit in for a bit to see the process involved. Might help you from these continuing mistakes that kill your arguments.
