Was a no show for an appointment booked less than 24 hours before. Getting through to book was difficult even though there was a “receptionist” taking her calls. The alarms should have gone off for me when she said “um, why don’t you just call tomorrow to book”....“Well because I have a schedule and I’d like to reserve a time now”. Ok, booking made. But the next day when the call was made at the appointed time to get directions to the location ( again numerous calls to get through). And then finally after a half-hour of dialing, a response that said “oh um she’s not working today and I had no way to reach you” . I had asked the “receptionist” the day before when originally booking if she had my number from call display and she said yes, but apparently not well organized. I know sometimes the unavoidable happens, but professionals find a way to make up for it when they mess up, or at least do their best to be organized to minimize problems. I stand to be corrected if others have had a great experience. Maybe just rookie mistakes.
But I found it very unprofessional and won't bother to try a second time.
