But I do care about the real person behind that handle.I,m aware that Jenn has not been an active participant on this board for about a year now, so bear with me and cut me some slack.First of all, I wish her all the best in her retirement.She enters a new chapter in her life and she deserves all that is good life can offer.
Jenn and I met about a year and a half ago and became friends almost immediatetly.It is a true friendship that i hope endures well into the future.As i look back to all the flirting we did on TERB and TAD[Kiarra,s old board] I smile,but it was really sad about the abuse she often endured. I even got some rather rude PMs questioning my judgement about being fond of Jenn. Anyway those people never really knew her and they don,t matter anymore.I do know her.She is a wonderful, kind, generous human being as well as sexy, provocative and down right beautiful.Dearest, you are the best and I,m glad we both let our guards down, trusted each other and became friends.Good luck to you on this newest phase of your life,see you in the "real world"..your friend ..M...

While there is no doubt truth to this generally speaking, the initial post seemed sincere in it's intent.

At what point does a "group" of people, of whom some happen to be genuine friends, expressing themselves openly and individually through an online board become a clique ? I don't see anyone writing tributes to themselves, although it could be argued any post is on some level drawing attention to ourselves.

Besides that, do those who actually form cliques really think highly of themselves ? Isn't a clique by nature a collective shell in which we try to shield our insecurity and feed it.

A clique eh? Sir, before you speak again, here is a heads up..i have no idea who Pool, Meesh or Thunder are. I never met any of them,never spoke to them in chat.Iv,e never engaged in banter on this board with any of them.Creole Kitten i have met twice, briefly.
Perhaps if i posted a "tribute" to someone you know, admire and like, you may have reacted differently..just a thought.

This was at the very first TERB party at Treasures way back when. From the begining, she's been an integral part of our community online and off.
