Did you notice any specific issue with cleanliness or body odour during the booking?

I’m asking because “hygiene YMMV” is a pretty vague answer and can be taken the wrong way. If there was an actual problem, I’d rather know directly so I can address it. If there wasn’t, then please just say so.
