I as well looked up IOP and there are a gazillion uses of that acronym, but I think your # 1, "illusion of passion" might be the winner.

Urban Dictionary includes many "IOP" definitions but I believe they meant

Intent On Pounding - as in the urge to fuck.

Given their comment was

I believe they meant that despite Jade being nice, the lack of feeling an overwhelming and sudden urge to bang her lead to him not wanting to repeat. Their loss! More time for Jade to visit all her other fans

So I saw her a couple of days ago (was in the area and things just happened to line up). Okay service but I've had better.

I would think the OP portion stands for Operating Procedure.... perhaps Independent OP? Industry?

I thought it was like IHOP where the "OP" stands for "of pancakes".
