So for my first post-Covid lockdown massage visit, I decided to see Ivory at AT. In general, AT is not my fave spa but Ivory has good reviews on Terb (quite a few +1's and other comments here and there) and her pics on AT's web site (here) were great so I decided to go.

It turns out that the visit was not all I expected. Yes, Ivory is very nice and friendly and AT's suite is very well appointed (not to mention large). And as in her pics, Ivory's breasts are huge which is great for breast lovers. But if this is the same Ivory that I saw in the reviews, she has gained a heck of a lot of weight. That is not too too bad but the service level was at best meh. Essentially, it was rather mechanical and programmed. And Ivory was expert at positioning herself so that I never once had a chance to enjoy any reverse massaging or exploring, especially of her delicate parts. Also, her description page on AT's web site has her saying "... enjoy a full body massage with lots of kisses and body slides." Let me assure you there were no kisses, not even a grandmother peck.

The best I can say is that Ivory gives a decent massage, and she is pleasant to chat with. That would be it. If this is typical of AT, then I will be looking elsewhere.

Can't disagree with you about Ivory. I was also surprised at her body.

Unfortunately, with Covid, girls that were on the borderline with BBW, may have gone over the border. Regarding her mechanical service, yeah, I didn't have much chemistry with her either when I last saw her, but that was a couple of years back.

I confirm that she was not too far from being BBW before Covid - but she wasn't. A possible side effect of lack of action during the lockdown. I had good time with her, but I suppose chemistry is a must.

Had appointment with her tonight & receptionist told me it was $90 in the room over the phone when scheduling. Although when Ivory came in the room she said her rate was $120. I was fully vaccinated with both shots, and she had on her mask, and I get it, she only had her first shot. But then she put on the shield over the mask, I thought is she giving me a massage or welding my crack shut?
Then since I only brought $90 with me she said she couldn't remove her clothes, so I said , no thank you.

Well okay, I guess you've never been to a massage spa before, so this is an easy mistake to make. The $90 is a door fee, that goes to the spa. Once you're inside the room, then you have to bring an additional amount of money called the "Tip" which is what you pay the MA for her services rendered. In most places, the door fee is dependent on duration of time chosen (30/45/60 mins). The Tip usually starts at $100 and goes up based on services that you discuss with the MA in private. The tip is usually services-based and not time-based. So no matter what amount of time you take, the $100 basic tip never changes. The basic tip usually includes a fully nude HJ, and optional services are things you discuss with the MA. If you get a chance to contact the MA directly, either through text or Twitter, or something, then you can probably ask her what services she provides, or simply ask if you were to choose all of her maximum services, then how much should you bring with you? So she can tell you what she charges for the highest options, and then you can decide whether you can make due with the basic tip, or you want a bit more than that?

This is how some spas operate. Others charge the full fee per session without any additional costs (or at least they did before the pandemic). AT/Paradise does the door fee method, CMJ, Alpha and Vibe do it the other way.

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough, but when calling she said the $90 was the extra fee for the girl in the room, and I paid a $60 room fee prior to that for 45 minutes. Some spas have a menu in the room, like body slide, nude reverse. This spa did not, just $90. But the point was, that I was told $90, and her price was higher then the other girls. The receptionist should know that. It was that and the welders mask, and the that put me off. I usually don't bring much more than what the cost is, just for occasions like this. I just did a body slide earlier in the week for $110 in Toronto with a $60 room fee, & that was more than worth it.

ATPS were one of the first places which showed the "tip chart" inside the rooms, that I've ever seen. I haven't seen it recently, but I also haven't looked for it either, since I sort of already know it intuitively with my regulars over there. There has been a bit of price inflation at all of these places after lockdown ended, there's been a lot of talk about that in this forum and others in recent weeks. I'm not sure if the receptionist at the desk really should know that, but you could call back the spa and ask them about this.

Rate in her current LL massage ad is $220. Not quite sure if it includes room fee or not.
Yeah, I think that rate includes the spa's door fee as well, and is usually based on the 1 hr rate. 30/45 min rates would obviously be different.

If this is the case then the receptionist should be aware of all the MA rates for standard service. I normally pay $100 tip for standard GFE massage at ATPS.

They had to put it on the door some years back, which I applaud them on it, because it was out of control in terms of the varying charges for standard services. The posted rate was $90 for services which included body slide.. this was above the door fee.

My favourite (and to be fair this was like 9 or 10 years ago) was some attendant who said if I wanted to take a shower by myself afterward it would be an extra $20 to pay to her. I said no to that, and then she said it was still an extra $20 because of the shower I took by myself to start the session. I said no to that and jumped in the shower after our session. This was after charging $110 or $120 for basic services which I did pay.

Yeah, same here, I normally only pay $100 tip. I think most of the girls there stick to the standard rates, and they don't normally advertise on LL by themselves. Possibly Ivory is an independent contractor, since she's advertising separately? So in that case, perhaps the receptionist wouldn't know anything more than the standard fees?

When I went to Brass or CMJ before the pandemic, I paid the expected fee straight up. $180 for the hour, that's it. Anything above that was an actual tip that I decided based on how it went, not a surcharge. I've always hated the "get into the room to find the real cost" model, I stay away from that. I'm hoping it's not going to be a thing now with the lockdowns over.

Are MAs really wearing face shields now?
I haven't seen it, face masks sure, but not shields. If the girl is wearing a shield then it's time for her to go find another line of work, this is too dangerous for her.

So they are wearing facemasks in the spas but not in the Quebec strip clubs then
