Can we not forget one player played 3 years of college ball and one went right out of HS before we list NBA accomplishments at the same age point .
That's fair, plus in MJ's days the competition was better, and MJ didn't team up with his best competitors to form a superteam and win championships.

This 'super team' had to go to seven games to win the championship. Not so super in my mind.
Plus 7 games to beat the Pacers. When he first joined the Heat they were a superteam, but over the past 3 years it's clear that Lebron is the main reason they won back to back championships, his teammates now aren't much better than his teammates were in Cleveland where he got to the finals himself and where Cleveland had the best regular season record 2 years in a row. Wade is nowhere near the same player he used to be, he's too banged up and Bosh is usually ineffective and shouldn't even be an all star.

Lebron might just be the best player in NBA history. He's 28 years old and had 9 all-star appearances, 4 MVPs, 2 NBA championships, 2 Finals MVPs, 2 Olympic Gold Medals, and Michael Jordan was 28 when he won his first championship.
As much as I'm not buying the first statement yet, he did win that game.

Funny if Ray Allen doesn't hit tha crazy 3 ... How is Lebron's greatness valued ?
A lot of things could have gone different? What if Tony Parker misses that last second shot in game 1?

This Miami Heat team goes nowhere without LBJ. Lebron will probably become the greatest NBA player ever, I don't doubt. He is already in the discussion. He is just a freak of nature, but have to say that Bill Russel still looks like quite the physical speciman himself as he handed the trophy over to LBJ. Have to say, Wade is hard to figure out. Dont know if he is beaten up but has the will at times to play to his potential, cause he too is in the discussion of greatest players. Remember he was the true star with Miami and Shaq, when Shaq was still pretty close to his prime.
And BTW I'm a Miami Heat HATER. Was so cheering for San Antonio. I still think they were the better overall team, that almost overcame the individual talent of LBJ and Wade.

Yes Lebron needed to leave Cleveland to team up with Wade, but Pippen was a good deal better than the Wade of the last few years.

I don't usually follow basketball but I have to admit that LeBron "walks the talk". His talent is almost as large as his ego.

The fact that the Spurs successfully defended him for large chunks of time by giving him open shots speaks against this.
