book through priceline and use betterbidding.com as your reference for what to pay. you can get 5stars at 60% off rack rate. betterbidding will also give you an idea of where you're staying. As priceline doesn't tell you.

Sorry don't have a list of places for you, but figured i'd save you some coin so you can spend more at the outlets.

You should check out Tripadvisor (www.tripadvisor.com) for any trip to Europe. Lots of really good information, especially in their forums.
